- Due to the unpredictability of animals, Let’s Go! and its employees cannot be held responsible for unforeseen accidents, such as escaping from the yard, damaging household items inside or outside, biting, refusal to take medication, etc.
- If the client requests the pet(s) to have access to outside, the client releases Lets Go! and its employees from all liability for loss, injury or death. Client is liable for injury or damage to third parties.
- Visit times are approximate and subject to change based on needs of all pets under the care of Lets Go! Let’s Go! is to use best judgment in caring for pet(s) and home in the event of an emergency, inclement weather or natural disaster. The client will not hold the Lets Go! employee liable for decisions made in these circumstances.
- In the event that your normal pet sitter is unavailable, client authorizes Lets Go! to provide a back up sitter to take over assigned duties.
- Let’s Go! may take photos of client’s pet(s) for their website and advertising information. Unless otherwise requested, the client authorizes the Lets Go employee to take and use these photos. All photos taken are the property of Lets Go!.
- Let’s Go! reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time before or during its term if Lets Go! determines that client’s pet poses a danger to the health or safety of herself/himself or others. If concerns prohibit Lets Go! from caring for the pet, client authorizes the pet to be placed in a kennel with all charges to be charged to the client.
- Let’s Go! and its employees agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a professional , reliable and caring manner. In consideration of these services, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Lets Go! except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Lets Go! employee.
